Hello.

I'm a campaigner, facilitator, and digital engagement specialist who has worked with progressive organizations for over a decade.

I run winning campaigns and support thriving organizations -- we need both on the path to a just and caring world.

I know the power of bringing people together to work for something bigger, and I’m passionate about bringing out the best thinking in a community.

I've trained and coached thousands of people through tailored workshops about campaigning, community organizing, and strategy. I've also designed and facilitated dozens of retreats and participatory strategy sessions to help groups work through conflict, build alignment and find clarity around a plan for action.

I’ve run national and international campaigns on affordable housing and climate change, mobilizing hundreds of thousands of people and meeting with political leaders to advocate for bold reforms. I honed my digital campaigning craft over four years at Leadnow, and managed Vote Together and Our Time, Leadnow and 350 Canada's groundbreaking third party campaigns during the 2015 and 2019 federal elections.

I’m a connector and convenor who works across sectors to get things done.

I’m passionate about building political and grassroots leadership in service of tackling climate change, racism, and inequality. I’ve worked at the local, national, and international level with a wide range of organizations pursuing a wide range of strategies for change.

Whether it’s supporting reconciliation with Indigenous communities or organizing to bring people together across party lines, I know how to bring diverse groups of people together to build strong relationships and achieve big things.

These days, I manage campaigns at 350.org and am a Professor in Seneca College’s Government Relations grad program. I also facilitate workshops as part of the Center for Story-based Strategy, MobLab, and Progress Toronto’s training networks.

I’m continuing to work with a small number of clients. I also collaborate with and can refer you to a wide network of facilitators, designers, data and policy analysts, communications specialists, and campaigners.
