I’m a campaigner, organizer, and educator with over 15 years of experience helping movements and mission-driven organizations build power, win change, and strengthen the structures that sustain long-term impact. I lead with strategy, collaboration, and care because thriving organizations and bold strategies are essential to meet this moment.

I led the Canada team at 350.org for nearly seven years, guiding strategic direction, managing national operations, and shaping an organizational culture rooted in accountability, care, and justice. I’m also the founding board chair of Organizing Exchange (OrgX), where I’ve helped evolve the organizing playbook to grow grassroots power and win lasting climate justice. My board experience extends to Mobilisation Lab, Common Horizon, and the Center for Story-based Strategy, where I’ve helped organizations navigate transitions, build governance capacity, and align mission, finances, and operations.

As a facilitator and coach, I’ve trained thousands of activists around the world through the MobLab Collective, the Center for Story-based Strategy, Progress Toronto, and OrgX. I’ve designed and facilitated dozens of retreats and participatory strategy sessions that help groups find alignment, work through conflict, and move from ideas to action.

My campaign experience includes leading Vote Together, which helped unseat the Harper Conservatives, and Our Time, which galvanized public support for a Green New Deal. At Leadnow, I honed my digital campaigning craft and helped pioneer people-powered election strategies that continue to shape movements across Canada.

My recent consulting work has spanned landscape assessments and movement research, campaign strategy and facilitation, governance and organizational design, and senior leadership coaching. I support teams not only in designing campaigns and workshops, but also in building the internal infrastructure, governance practices, and leadership capacity needed to sustain long-term impact — combining practical strategy, operational fluency, and care-driven leadership to help organizations thrive while creating meaningful social change.

Formerly a professor of Government Relations at Seneca College, I also love bridging theory and practice to cultivate both grassroots and political leadership. I’m currently studying Collections Management at the University of Victoria to deepen my practice of Armenian cultural stewardship and preserve my family’s archives—work that connects me to legacy, memory, and community.

I integrate principles of justice, equity, and solidarity into all my work, helping organizations embed these values into governance, operations, campaigns, and leadership development. Whether it’s building organizational capacity, facilitating strategy, or coaching teams, I aim to create systems and spaces where people, ideas, and movements can thrive.

I also collaborate with a trusted network of facilitators, strategists, organizers, and other practitioners who share my commitment to justice, collaboration, and community.

I’m currently on parental leave and not taking on new work until spring 2027. If you have a project or opportunity in mind for then, I'd love to hear from you.
