How I work
GROUP FACILITATION
I facilitate meetings and retreats, often where there is a high level of divergence or when high-stakes decisions need to be made. I also offer design and facilitation support for conferences and events.
STRATEGIC SUPPORT
I’m an experienced campaigner and strategist who can help you think through your plan, facilitate strategic planning, and design advocacy campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS
I offer trainings on a range of campaigning and organizing skills. I also teach in Seneca College’s government relations grad program and build in-house training programs for advocacy organizations.
COACHING
I offer one-on-one and team coaching to help groups stay on track with implementing a plan, navigate organizational transformation, strengthen team culture, or build capacity.
